Granny Square Exchange
Today I did the happy dance!
I received my Granny Squares from Jill Crockett. What a package. I had to fight my kids off so I could open it. It's not often that I get something that I can unwrap and be surprised about.
The squares are simply beautiful. In my favorite colors, to boot. I love the flower square. Someday, I will be able to do that. I can't wait to make a friendship blanket with all my squares.
Oh, the package was filled with goodies. Jill sent me a bunch of candy that the kids promptly ate. I had to threaten them to even take the pic. As soon as I snapped it, though, the candy was gone!
She also sent me a crochet hook in a size I do not own and a very nifty measuring tape. I really need one of those!
Jill also sent a York Peppermint Patty. I love love love those. Had to pop it in the freezer for a few so I can eat it later.
Thanks Jill for the great exchange! It was my first on this group and I truly enjoyed the package.

Wow.... they're really beautiful...:-)
The first one seems a snowflake, don't you think?
Can I ask you (or Jill Crockett) the pattern of this granny square?
(the snowflake one....)
Thank you very much...:-)
